DESCRIPTION:

The sixth installation of our Wheel of the Year series, featuring Midsummer, also known as Litha, also known as the Summer Solstice. Herald in the longest day of the year, the sun and summertime revelry! The sun is at its zenith, lending energy and power to everything it touches. This class will explore the ancient roots of how this celestial event is celebrated in different cultures and how it is connected to modern day traditions. We will discuss not only history, but also folklore, mythology, traditions, customs, foods and other fun correspondences so you can prepare to have your own Litha celebration.

This is the sixth installation in our Wheel of the Year series where we will hold a class approximately 2 weeks before every Pagan Sabbat in the calendar year. Starting with Samhain and ending with Autumn Equinox each class will give you the background and tools to prepare for your own personal celebration.

REGISTRATION:

This is an approx. 90-120 min ONLINE pre-recorded workshop and is $35 per student. Once you purchase your ticket you will then be sent an email confirmation with password to the recording.
